My attitude to Chinese medicine is clear. Its theories are rubbish. They don't even know where human internal organs are, yet CM doctors are still treating these illusory organs nowadays.
The herbs are rubbish. Some of them can result in irreversible damages, e.g. on kidneys. Looking up the classical works of CM, shits or urine of human being or other animals appear in the diet every few pages. There are also other funny ingredients or not that funny ones, e.g. heavy metals, which appear very often. Side effects of any CM on the market are always stated as "unclear", although they have hurt a lot.
